Carey Donaldson
It was through an apparent need for student loan assistance that Carey Donaldson, Founder, started NewBeginnings Spokane LLC. Her commitment and passion for student loan advocacy and consulting was the driving force behind the creation of a business that has provided peace of mind, essential knowledge and opportunities for loan forgiveness for the past seven years.
Carey has always been inspired by the desire to develop relationships based on trust, integrity and commitment. This desire began on the soccer field at Loyola Marymount University where she competed at the collegiate level. Upon graduation, with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and emphasis in Biology, Carey found her way into the classroom as an educator. Her passion quickly grew into leadership and she completed her Master's in Education at Washington State University, Actively participating in various leadership roles and intently listening to colleagues , she heard the frustration and impact the student loan epidemic was having on many. This was Carey's call to action
Apart from being a friend, sister, daughter, community member, and business owner, I, most importantly, am a woman and mother to two beautiful children. You have read my professional “story”, and my personal story aligns with the same values that NewBeginnings was founded on.
It is my honor to do this work alongside mothers, fathers, dedicated professionals, who have their own unique story to tell. Our work goes well beyond student loans, student loan repayment, and the fear and judgment that accompanies. The relationships we develop with our clients throughout this process are just as important to us as the work that we do.
